Bihar NEET UG Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible for Bihar NEET UG Counselling 2026, students have to follow a certain set of criteria, which are listed below:
The children of Nation League employees assigned in Bihar and students whose parents are temporarily employed there, but can be transferred to Jharkhand.
They must have qualified for NEET UG 2026 with the minimum required marks.
The student should be at least 17 years old as of 31st December 2026.
The student must pass the Class 12th with Physics, Chemistry, Biology/Biotechnology, and English. Minimum marks required for different categories are: 50% (General), 40% (SC/ST/OBC), and 45% (PWD).
The candidate’s parents must be residents of Bihar, Bihar government employees, or Bihar refugees.
NRI students are also eligible if their parents have worked for the Bihar government or resided in Bihar.
